Country Director

Hubert brings to the Initiative: Eau team expertise in WASH communication, having previously worked with USAID West African WASH (WA-WASH), WaterAid Burkina Faso, Water and Sanitation for Africa (WSA), and Winrock International.  He holds a Masters degree in Information and Communication Sciences from the Institut Panafricain d'Etudes et de Recherches sur les Médias, l'Information, et la Communication at the University of Ouagadougou.
